DR. MILES UPFOLD
Dr. Miles Upfold is a Chiropractor who graduated from RMIT in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Applied Clinical Science and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science.Chiropractic is a 5 year full-time university degree. Since that time he showed a special interest in Sports Chiropractic and gained his International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma in 2001.
He started studying his Masters in Paediatrics in 2003. He has been on the board of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia and a Chiropractic Coach with Carter Universal, an international Chiropractic coaching program.
Dr Upfold is married to Meagan and they have five children, Zeke born, 2003, Jasmyn, born 2005, Sage 2007, Violet born 2009 and little Summer born 2015! He is dedicated to offering people choices about their health and lifestyle through sharing his knowledge of Chiropractic.
DR. MATT HAMILTON
Matt, having been a chiropractic patient for many years, found his own calling to share the message of chiropractic and it’s powerful role in restoring and maintaining health. Having graduated from a 5-year program and double degree at Murdoch University his mission is to empower our community to lead a healthy proactive lifestyle.
Just this year Matt was lucky enough the marry his beautiful bride Kyna, and have recently returned from their honeymoon through Italy.
You will find Dr Matt at the golf course most weekends or kettle bell and bodyweight training at his local gym. Dr Matt loves his food, whether it’s eating it, cooking it, growing it or talking about at his workshops. It is clear to him that when we provide the body and mind with its required ingredients it can thrive.
Dr Matt is also the past WA State Chair for Sports Chiropractic Australia and is also a C.H.E.K certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Co-creator of the Uplift Wellness Program was awarded the 2014 Young Chiropractor of the Year.
Dr. Kyna Hamilton
Dr Kyna Hamilton is a passionate chiropractor, having been a chiropractic patient along with her family since childhood. Whilst growing up, she was constantly inspired by her chiropractic experience and could not wait until she could finally enrol in the double bachelor degree at Murdoch University. Dr Kyna graduated with Distinction, receiving the Murdoch University Dean's Scholarship in Chiropractic and the Murdoch University Vice Chancellor's Award for Academic Excellence.
Dr Kyna loves working with women, empowering them to make better lifestyle choices and helping them achieve their health goals. She has a special interest in working with and supporting her patients through conception, pregnancy and post-pregnancy care. She is the creator of the ‘Nourish Nights for Women’ workshop series, dedicated to empowering young women to take control of their health.
Dr Kyna is a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and believes in the importance of nurturing the relationships people have with food, allowing them to create health from the inside out. This has allowed her to learn from and establish valuable friendships with like-minded health and movement practitioners. She has also studied at the Australian School of Culinary Arts. As a lifetime animal lover and animal health advocate, Dr Kyna is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Animal Biomechanical Medicine through the Box Hill Institute.
Dr Kyna loves working alongside her husband, Dr Matt Hamilton and the beautiful team at Up Chiropractic to inspire and empower the community towards extraordinary health.
