I find that at some point everyone is aware of their posture, and at some point most people have some concerns about their posture…now I am no posture “expert”, but what I do deal with is how the spine and nerve system works and how this relates to the function of the body. What I do know is that the better someone’s posture is the less spinal and, therefore, nerve function issues they have. Posture is something so simple to deal with but it is like brushing your teeth – it’s not cool to only deal with it once per week!
