For those continuing to work from home, make sure your home office setup promotes good posture. Invest in a comfortable chair, position your screen at eye level, and take regular breaks to stretch. Your spine will thank you!

If you're back on the road commuting, turn your car journey into a mini wellness ritual. Maintain good posture while driving, use a lumbar roll for support, and consider simple stretches once you arrive to ease any stiffness (Okunribido et al).

Student Wellness: Backpack Essentials

Parents, as your children return to school, help them avoid unnecessary back strain. Ensure their backpack is no more than 10-15% of their body weight, encourage proper use of both shoulder straps, and remind them to stand tall to support a healthy spine (Dockrell et al).
