Once we have confirmed an appointment time for your initial consultation, we will contact you via email with a form to complete, which gives us an overview of your health needs…don't worry, this is completely confidential and we only ask you questions that will help prepare us for meeting with you. This form can be completed in the practice when you arrive for the first time if you don’t want it emailed - just let us know!

When you arrive, we will be up-to-date and ready for you! Our goal is to make you feel welcome and at ease before being seen promptly by one of our Chiropractic doctors.

The doctor will then sit with you to review the information you have sent through, as well as listening to what your real concerns are, and your reason for coming in.

Following this they will conduct a thorough examination of your overall biomechanical function, which includes: neurological, orthopaedic, physical and chiropractic specific test. If indicated necessary from these tests, the doctor will then take high quality digital x-rays of your spine to completely understand your problem.

Now they need some time! This is to work out what help, if any, they can provide for your problem and whether it would be safe and effective to proceed with chiropractic care. So, that is the end of your first visit with us!

At the front reception, our team will take care of you and book you in for your second appointment ASAP, giving the Chiropractor the necessary time to analyse everything.

On your second visit, the Chiropractor will then sit with you and explain in detail what they have found and what steps are available going forward.  If Chiropractic care is deemed appropriate then you will have the choice to start care immediately after knowing exactly what needs to be done!

It is always about you…meaning that we aim to provide the right care for you, specific to your needs and circumstances.

We like to run on time so that we can keep everybody happy!  Please be on time for your appointment, or phone ahead if you need to change your appointment time.

Appointments are valuable! If you can't make an appointment, please call us in advanced to let us know - but if it is less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a missed appointment fee.
